Please note that Golden Dreamers are not held responsible for delivery times, all times are indications as given by the postal service.
 Statements or representations made regarding delivery times are dependent on third party service providers and Golden Dreamers will not be held accountable for any delays.
 Golden Dreamers will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.

REFUNDS
Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered from their original condition, or items without their tags attached will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, makeup or deodorant when trying on items of clothing, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. You must indicate your intention to return the item within 7 days of delivery, by emailing us at contact@goldendreamers.com.au. We must receive the products within 14 days of delivery. Upon inspection, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price or exchange the item, if preferred.
If the goods are faulty or you received wrong order, you will also be refunded your original delivery charge should you request a refund. 
If the return is a result of a change of mind you will not be refunded the original postage cost. Please note that we do not offer returns for sale items unless the garment is faulty.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour, or in the case of a faulty item, exchange for a non-faulty version of the product, simply email us at contact@goldendreamers.com.au. Please indicate your purchase order number and the product, which you would like to exchange for. We will email you back to confirm we have the new product in stock. Then simply post the product back to us and, once it is received and has undergone a quality control check, we will send you the new product. Best of all, you will not be charged additional delivery fees for the exchange. Please note that where you exchange for an item of different value, you will be credited the full amount and re-debited the new amount. For both returns and refunds the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for sale items unless the garment is faulty.
